They're communicative, they will answer your question in a timely manner and explains everything clearly so you can understand. In my opinion they're the best lawyers in the Columbus, Franklin county region. Take all your issues with the Luftman and his Associates I can guarantee that they will get the job done. 99.9 % of the time. Ben as well as every individual in the firm whom I interacted with and who worked on my case were incredible. They kept me informed every step of the way, were quick and thorough! I was always able to reach somebody and was never left uninformed on current case status, next steps and what to expect. I felt safe and I felt listened to every step of the way. First off, I want to thank Ben and Joe for helping me during one of the most stressful times in my life. I understand they have a busy schedule, so I patiently let them work on my behalf. I received email updates, and my text messages were returned in a timely manner. I was facing a first-time OVI, and my charge was reduced to a favorable outcome. I highly recommend them, even though some reviews mention poor communication. I took the route of trusting the process and letting them work. I won't be using them again because I'm making better decisions, but if you're in trouble for OVI, give them a call. Thanks again
